Pick-up Service Available
To use our free pick-up service, call your Budget rental location directly at the location phone number listed on your reservation confirmation. Pick-up service policies (hours of availability, allowable pick-up distance, etc.) vary by location so it's important that you call the location and make arrangements for pick-up at least 24 hours before your desired rental time. When you call the location, be ready to provide all applicable information including precise address, exact time of pick up, and a phone number where you can be reached at that time.
Please note that an off-airport Budget location cannot pick you up at an airport that has a Budget location. In this case, either you must rent your car at the airport location, or provide your own transportation to the off-airport location where you prefer to rent
Terminal 4- Airline passengers, after collecting luggage should proceed to board the Sky Train. The Sky train will take customers to the Rental Car Center. Please proceed directly to your car. The stalls are labeled in alphabetical order.
MIDNIGHT TO 6:00 AM: The main rental counter is closed. Customer should proceed to the Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car.
The Sky Train is free and runs 24 hours a day seven days a week with stops every 3-5 minutes.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box.
Terminal 4- Airline passengers, after collecting luggage should proceed to the Sky Train. The Sky train will take customers to the Rental Car Center. Please proceed to the Budget Counter upon arrival.
The Sky Train is free and runs 24 hours a day seven days a week with stops every 3-5 minutes.
RETURNS: Available. Follow airport signs for "Rental Cars". They will lead you to the rental car counters which are in a common facility. Following the signage board the Sky Train. The Sky Train will take customers to the terminals.
When you arrive, the manager or key representative will personally meet and escort you to your vehicle, which will be waiting curbside. Returns should be made to the designated area.
VALET RETURN SERVICE: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
MIDNIGHT TO 6:00 AM: The main rental counter is closed. Customer should proceed to the Fastbreak booth on level 1 of the rental facility.
Return car to the Rental Facility, following the signage board the Sky Train. The Sky Train will take customers to the terminals.
